Read other's personality in first meeting

"Its not hart to know others or meet them months. you can understand them in their first meeting.All you have to do is to just focus!"

Most of my friends and colleagues asked me how I get the idea of their personalities in my first conversation.Here I am going to share some of the key points which give you a clear picture of people.

• Be a good greeter:  you must be friendly and soft spoken.your tune and style make others comfortable to talk with you. you must attain their attention and desire to talk to you. Only than its possible to know them.

• let them share their thoughts: Start with their thoughts, you can put any current topic in conversation and ask them to comment on it. Most people take it as you are interesting to know their opinions. :) yes you are but remember you are interested to know their opinions which tell you how they take things, what kind of mind they have, conservative, open mind, optimistic or pessimistic..etc. women's education, role of religion, equality in gender, responsibilities relate to men and women. Once you select the topic go always on the opposite in their opinion. let them try to convince you. Their all thoughts and opinions will come in front of you.

 Remember if they listen quite politely, it shows their tolerance and acceptance towards others and their opinions.

• Next level is to test their emotions:

ask about their personal problems, emotions, relations, breakups, miss someone in life etc and check how much they are sentimental or emotional. an average or standard emotional is good in any kind of relationship,no matter its official or personal.

• Ask them to give you suggestions: ask them to suggest you things about your future,job,career etc. check how they direct you.you know better whats better to you. share your idea as well and then see how they respond.

 these points could help you to draw the first rough sketch of once's personality. you can decide by them what kind of human one could be. keep in mind don't treat the other like a journalist. don't be so clear. if other get the idea that what you are doing. you may not be as much successful. your style look like you love gossip. you are friendly and like to talk on all kinds of topics. all levels which I have shared may help in all of the relations or some of one them.select them according to requirement. One thing more< don't be so fast! you can get the idea quickly but it depends on the situation and surrounding. its ok if it takes time or days.remember that no one is perfect in this world,it just whom you carry long in life. you better know them well before taking them seriously!
