toxic situations leads to suicide, isn't it avoidable?

toxic situations and toxic people terrifyingly affect lives of others. even the most rational person can trap in such situation. we all have different responses according to our terms and relations with the people around us. suicide rate is increasing alarmingly. 
"why should end life
for temporary situations. "
life sometimes become hard no doubt.have you ever think why people think to end up their lives? whats going on in their mind and how you or we help others as well as ourselves to overcome such situations?

humans nature can be called a stubborn and emotional at their early 30 years of age. if they don't work on it .it  can't change the rest of the years. these years are so pure. we mostly think, understand and solve the matters with our heart, without understanding the facts, situation and use of mind. the result is heart broken, depressed, lonely, isolated, reluctant to back to life. over thinking or staying in same miserable state: why it happen to me? is this reward of all of my loyalty? how he/she could do this to me? i will never forgive them? look how much they are happy and how much i am pitiable! if such things coming in to your mind than its sure that you are depressed and in a toxic situation created by someone.
we have many examples of suicide and from an average person to a celebrates many lost their lives by mishandling of such hard situations.
"forgiving others is forgiving yourself because if you keep thinking them, remain hurt how possibly you could move forward" 
you can't force others to  treat you right but you can treat you well. value yourself. always remember that you worth more than that. sitting alone and taking pills is not your destiny. why you should punish for the bad deeds done by others.
A well known writer said:
"people don't die because of the tensions they had faced but because they fought alone. no one was there to just listen to them. just share the pain just by listening to them.if people share the burden of pain by just spending some time together, no one attempt suicide"

  accept the things which have happen, don't resist by disturbing your peace of mind: why me? etc. instead of it keep doing healthy activities 

  • meet your friends in routine.
  • travel to new places
  • watch movies with friends or family
  • share your bad feelings with closed one not with everyone otherwise they keep you stuck in that situation longer.
  • do good deeds.they satisfy your soul and stitch your wounds quickly. you will feel satisfaction.
  • keep or make your family bond strong. your parents are the one who are purest to you and they will guide you without any personal interests.parents are the angels we all have 
  • listen positive music rather than mourning one. music make huge difference
  • remove everything which reminds you about toxic people. 
  • love yourself, give you a new look, a massage etc 
  • change your surroundings, if someone or something takes your peace of mind, than its too much expensive.
  • always remember if its in a relationship and you ruining your life for others, keep in mind that if you yourself can't love yourself why should others. but if you love and care yourself many come in your journey
