Miss Marry entered in her boss's office and every time her boss says that I am satisfied that I have never done anything wrong with anyone. Well! that was not true. Miss Marry saw and she is the witness of her bad nature, how she misbehaved with others, how she abused her staff before terminate them. She was surprised that how she could repeat a statement which is not true.
when I was student, I read a short stories ( obviously I don't remember its tittle but!) It was about a family who spoke so nicely and claimed again and again that they could never harm or hurt anyone but at the end they suggested the robber to rob their neighbor's house.
In case of Marry's boss, she satisfy herself with her own statements as she knew how others' consider her.
It could be her voice of her soul that she is not satisfied and knew her deeds and try to convince others but actually! she is trying to satisfy herself.
The other reason could be such people are gossip makers or talkative. They think that they can convince others just on the basis of conversation. It is said that if something said again and again, it stuck in others' minds and somehow they start believing it. Most of them may not accept but they become comfortable with the statement.This kind of people are comparatively wicked than Miss Marry's boss.
Some people pretend to maintain their status in the society and say nice words so people just know their good things and words and don't focus on their flaws and bad habits.
There is another category of people who use nice dealing as a office language and its a profit making tool for them. whatever they say, It doesn't matter much because mostly they don't mean to it.
good dealing is no doubt a good skill but their nature and their body language could tell you their complete biography.
